Walk for a Change

When: 8:30-11:00 a.m., October 8th, 2011

Where: Starting at the front lawn of City Hall

Help put an end to domestic violence by strolling around downtown Flagstaff as part of the second annual Walk for a Change. Walkers will have a choice of when they start (anytime between 8:30 and 11:00) and of which route they want to take (one mile or three miles), and each will include water and snack stations. Your $35 registration fee includes a t-shirt that, if you wear it around town after the race, will earn you discounts with local merchants. Registering is easy--just click the "Register" link and you will be directed to our online registration form--and we encourage you to gather your friends and family members to form a team of five people or more!

Children: We are happy to let children of all ages join in the walk! Children under six do not need to be registered.

Dogs: Friends of the four-legged variety are welcomed! For no extra charge, your faithful pup will get a bandana of his or her own. Please remember to bring your leash.
