The Bothands Foundation’s Troy-based affiliate, REAL Services, Inc. is a HUD-certified Housing Counseling Agency that provides housing services for homeowners and renters in Rensselaer County. We are established by a group of local philanthropists from the Capital Region area who were moved to address the lack of affordable housing in the area.
In addition to providing critical support for affordable housing, they have been a strong contributor to many other worthy organizations in Rensselaer County and throughout the Capital Region area.
